QuickBooks Integration:

SchoolWays™ uses the QuickBooks developer's interface provided by Intuit. This interface allows us to interoperate with your existing QuickBooks data file while respecting all of the security you have established on that file with user-ids and passwords. No user of SchoolWays™ ever has more access to QuickBooks than your QuickBooks users have.

• Customer List: SchoolWays™ allows you to manage your customer list and the relationship between customers and students, schedules and more. You have the flexibility to treat your customers as students or simply as the "billing entity" for students (e.g., families).
• Item List: The QuickBooks Item List is where you establish and maintain pricing/tuition. SchoolWays™ helps you manage your tuition schedule and ties the items in the list to student data. We use this information to optionally generate "family" invoices for you with lines items for each student in the family.
• Invoices: You can use SchoolWays™ to create invoices for your customers. Our software scans the customer list, and using the information in SchoolWays™ about related students, creates invoice line items and invoices and records them in QuickBooks. You can also generate QuickBooks invoices from student schedules. For example, as you register a student for a class in an after school program, you can click one button and tell QuickBooks to make an invoice.
• Employee List: You can use SchoolWays™ to keep track of teacher training history.
• Automation: SchoolWays™ can optionally start and stop the QuickBooks program. This can enhance ease-of-use when you do not need to have both programs open at the same time.
